PXVDI Cloud Desktop Software (hereinafter referred to as “this Software” or “we”) is developed by Chengdu Lierfang Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Lierfang”) and holds complete copyright. We understand the importance of your personal information and will make every effort to protect the security and reliability of your personal information. We promise that we will take appropriate security protection measures to protect your personal information in accordance with mature industry security standards.

Please read and understand this Privacy Policy carefully before using our products (or services).

1. Scope of Application

This Privacy Policy applies to all versions and platforms of PXVDI Cloud Desktop Software, including but not limited to: • Windows Desktop • macOS Desktop • Linux Desktop • Android Mobile • iOS Mobile • Web Browser

2. Our Role and Responsibilities

Important Statement:

1. This software is a privately deployed cloud desktop client tool, used only as a connection tool

2. We (Lierfang) do not provide account registration, management, cancellation and other account services

3. All account creation, review, management and cancellation are completed by your organization’s system administrator in the intranet environment

4. We will not collect, store or process any of your personal information to our servers

5. All data of this software is stored on your local device or your organization’s private server

6. Local Information Storage

This software will store the following information locally on your device to provide a better user experience:

3.1 Connection Configuration (Local Storage) • Server Address: The cloud desktop server address you configured • Username: Your account username within the organization • Password (Optional): If you choose “Remember Password”, the password will be encrypted and stored locally • Domain Information: The organization domain you selected

3.2 Application Settings (Local Storage) • Display Preferences: Fullscreen mode, resolution and other display settings • Connection Preferences: Auto-login, connection type and other settings • Input Preferences: Touch sensitivity, right-click simulation method, etc. (Mobile)

3.3 Log Information (Local Storage) To help diagnose problems and improve software quality, this software records locally: • Application running logs • Connection status logs • Error and crash logs

These logs are only stored on your local device. We cannot access these logs unless you actively export and send them to technical support.

3.4 Clipboard Data (Temporary Processing) • When you copy and paste between local device and remote desktop, data is temporarily transmitted through this application • Clipboard data is not permanently stored, only temporarily kept in memory during transmission • After transmission completes, data is immediately cleared from memory • We do not collect, analyze or upload your clipboard content

4. Permission Usage

This software may request the following system permissions, which are only used to provide core functions:

4.1 Network Access Permission (Required) Purpose: Connect to your organization’s cloud desktop server

4.2 Storage Permission (Optional) Purpose: Save log files, export configuration files, upload files to cloud PC

4.3 Microphone Permission (Optional) Purpose: Use audio input functionality in remote desktop sessions

4.4 Camera Permission (Optional) Purpose: Use video input functionality in remote desktop sessions

4.5 Clipboard Access Permission (Optional) Purpose: Enable copy and paste functionality between local device and remote desktop for better user experience

4.6 Keep Screen On Permission (Mobile, Optional) Purpose: Prevent screen from locking automatically when using cloud desktop

All permissions follow the “minimum necessary” principle. You can revoke these permissions at any time in system settings.

5. Information Security

5.1 Local Data Protection • Your password is encrypted using industry-standard encryption algorithms (AES) before storage • All sensitive configuration information is encrypted and stored on local device • All locally stored data will be cleared after application uninstallation

5.2 Transmission Security • Communication with cloud desktop server supports HTTPS/TLS encrypted transmission • Remote desktop connections use secure protocols such as WebRTC

5.3 No Cloud Data Collection • We will not upload any of your personal information to Lierfang’s servers • We cannot access any data on your organization’s private servers

6. Third-Party Services

This software does not contain any third-party statistics, analytics or advertising SDKs.

7. Children’s Privacy Protection

This software does not actively collect children’s personal information. If you are a minor under 18 years old, please read this policy under the supervision of your guardian and use this software with the consent of your guardian.

8. Privacy Policy Updates

We may revise the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time. When the Privacy Policy changes, we will show you the updated Privacy Policy in the application update notes.

Please note that we will only collect, use and store your personal information in accordance with the updated Privacy Policy after you confirm and agree to the updated Privacy Policy.

Important Reminder: • Account Registration: Please contact your organization’s system administrator to create an account in the intranet management backend • Account Review: Registration applications are reviewed by your organization’s system administrator • Account Cancellation: To cancel your account, please contact your organization’s system administrator • Password Reset: Please contact your organization’s system administrator • Data Access: All your data is stored on your organization’s private server. Data management should follow your organization’s relevant policies

Lierfang does not participate in any account management process and does not store any user data.
